Confirmis is looking for dynamic, social-media and digitally minded Site Verifier to join our expanding team in the local market across Southeast Asia. The Site Verifier is a part-time position and form the integral part of our regional team. The Site Verifier will be our frontline to connect with the market and local businesses.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have an interest in business trend, basic understanding of company structure and resourceful. We want Site Verifier who is comfortable in engaging with senior business executives to seek insight and clarification of their business. Passion to help and connect businesses, especially SMEs with rest of the world will be a big plus!

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing degree or diploma courses in accredited higher learning institutions
  • An ability to work independently under deadline pressure and prioritize tasks appropriately;
  • Strong proficiency in English and native language, both verbal and written
  • Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions and Requirement:

  • Possess own tablets or laptops. Able to use basic photography and visual as well as audio recording tools. Some travel required. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

  • Identify opportunities with the emphasis on high quality leads
  • Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
  • Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the account managers
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
  • Manage prospect database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
  • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
  • Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines
  • Attend monthly meetings with Team Leader to update information and discuss any issues
  • Liase effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met & resolved promptly
  • Contribute to the team performances by sharing and implementing best practises & ideas


Knowledge, Skills, Experiences
  • Computer literate/keyboard skills with Excellent telephone skills
  • At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role. Familiarity with insurance and/or banking products is a plus!
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise issues
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree from recognized colleges/universities

  • Conduct research, analysis and assessment of businesses' viability guided by set of processes and algorithms
  • Quality control and audit information collected by Field Reporters
  • Evaluating surveys and workshop results
  • Conduct interview with subject companies, occasionally face-to-face
